Halsey's Instagram and Twitter Accounts Blacked Out After the BBMAs - Billboard

After her colorful performance at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards, Halsey’s social accounts suddenly went dark.

The rising pop singer’s Instagram and Twitter went offline in the hours after her stunning appearances on the BBMAs stage in Las Vegas, where she performed her global hit "Without Me" and later joined forces with BTS for a dynamite collaboration on "Boy With Luv," lifted from the K-pop stars’ No. 1 EP  Map of the Soul: Persona.

At the time of writing, Halsey’s Facebook account was still up, but all her Instagrams and tweets were blacked out. What does it all mean, and when will service return to normal? Watch this space.

Sophie Turner's 2019 BBMA Red-Carpet Look Was Basically A Designer Spacesuit - Vogue.co.uk

It's been rare to see Sophie Turner alone on the red carpet in recent months without her beau and soon-to-be husband Joe Jonas by her side. With their wedding drawing closer each day, the couple has been practically inseparable. But with The Jonas Brothers reunited, Joe tagged along with brothers Nick and Kevin tonight, leaving Sophie to strut the red carpet of the Billboard Music Awards alone. That was no problem, though. Sophie knew she needed to strut her stuff with a jaw-dropping look, and she most certainly did.

On tonight's red carpet, Sophie debuted a look that is basically a designer space suit. Kidding, kidding! But the Louis Vuitton jumpsuit she wore to the award show is super futuristic, especially with the fabric choice and structural elements on her shoulders. Maybe she was trying to fly to the year 3000 with The Jo Bros? If that indeed was the inspiration, save us a seat onboard! We're here for it.

The look was pulled together with a vine pattern on the jumpsuit, as well as a front zipper and black belt. Knowing the look was bold, Sophie kept the rest of her look simple: she paired the futuristic jumpsuit with a sleek pair of black heels. For makeup, Sophie chose to do a soft brown look with a light contour and glossy lips. A+ for pairing a simple make-up look with a bold outfit! There were many ways this would go wrong, but Sophie knew exactly what to do to pull it together and pull it off.

How London Will Honor the Arrival of Baby Sussex - The Cheat Sheet

Londoners and the rest of the world wait with bated breath as Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, is set to give birth to her and Prince Harry’s first child, Baby Sussex, any day now. The newest addition to the royal family will be celebrated in a special way in London. Ahead, learn how England’s capital will mark the arrival of Baby Sussex.

The London Eye will have special colors in honor of Baby Sussex

The London Eye, the city’s landmark Ferris wheel, will light up red, white, and blue when Baby Sussex is born, honoring both Markle’s American roots and Prince Harry’s. Call it convenient that both their home countries use the same colors on their flags.

No doubt there will be souvenirs commemorating the birth of Baby Sussex but the landmark changing colors is akin to the Empire State Building in New York City showing off Britain’s Union Jack flag.

The London Eye’s congratulatory message shows just how much England and the United Kingdom have embraced Markle as part of the royal family. Changing the lights is a pretty cool gesture showing just how much the people love Prince Harry, Markle, Baby Sussex, and the royal family as a whole.

About the London Eye

It’s the world’s largest observation wheel of its kind, according to the attraction’s official website. Installed in 2000 as a temporary structure, the London Eye became a permanent fixture on the Thames after receiving millions of visitors annually.

Now, the Ferris wheel is the “most popular paid for visitor attraction” in the United Kingdom and a mainstay on any London tourist’s list of must-see attractions.

The London Eye has celebrated royal births before

Markle and Prince Harry aren’t getting the royal treatment on this one even though they are royals. Kate Middleton and Prince William welcomed their third child, Prince Louis, last April and the London Eye shined bright in red, white, and blue lights then too.

Another landmark celebrated, London’s iconic Tower Bridge lit up blue in honor of Prince Louis. Toronto showed Prince George some love in 2013 after Middleton gave birth to him by lighting up the CN tower with blue lights.

Queen Elizabeth II visited Markle and Prince Harry ahead of birth

Queen Elizabeth II reportedly visited Prince Harry and Markle over Easter weekend, at their newly renovated home, Frogmore Cottage, to check in on the couple.

“Her Majesty wanted to formally welcome the Sussexes to their new home so she was their first visitor. She visited with other family members and Harry and Meghan were delighted to show them round,” a source told The Sun. “The Queen was at Windsor Castle at Easter and wanted to see Meghan before she has the baby,” they added.

Frogmore Cottage and Frogmore House are significant to Prince Harry and Markle. Engagement photos for the couple were taken at Frogmore House and it’s also where the couple held their wedding reception. The cottage is a smaller residence on the property formerly staff housing made up of five units, according to Emily Andrews, royal correspondent for The Sun.

Jenelle Evans and David Eason are speaking out following the death of her dog, Nugget.

On Tuesday, news emerged that the Teen Mom star's French bulldog passed away after allegedly being shot by Jenelle's husband, David. A source told E! News that David allegedly killed Nugget because "it snapped at" the couple's 2-year-old daughter, Ensley Eason

"The horrific incident thankfully did not happen in front of the kids," the insider shared. "Jenelle has been distraught all day over it."

The Columbus County Sheriff's Department told Radar Online that they received a call on Tuesday, during which "it was relayed that the woman's husband had killed her dog."

The Sheriff's Department also shared with the outlet on Tuesday that they're currently "investigating" the incident and that the 911 call was made by a male.

On Wednesday, David posted a message about the incident on one of his Instagram accounts.

"I dont give a damn what animal bites my baby on the face... whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I dont put up with that s--t at all," David wrote alongside a video of Nugget and Ensley. "I'm all about protecting my family, it is my lifes mission. Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me. You can hate me all you want but this isnt the first time the dog bit Ensley aggressively. The only person that can judge weather or not a animal is a danger to MY CHILD is ME."

David also posted a photo of Ensley's face, which appears to show a red mark on her cheek.

Jenelle also took to Instagram on Wednesday to address Nugget's death.

"Nugget... I'm crying everyday. I love you so much and I'm so sorry. I'm speechless," Jenelle wrote in the tribute post. "You were my side kick and knew the moment I felt bad and would cuddle with me. You still had a lot to learn and a lot to grow from your lessons."

"Everyday I wake up you're not here, when I come home you're not here, when I go to bed... you're not here," the 27-year-old continued. "You're gone forever and there's no coming back."

The MTV star also added the hashtags #Heartbroken and #Distraught.

Jenelle and David, who tied the knot in 2017, introduced Nugget to their followers in Aug. 2018.

"These dog days got us hanging out the window cooling off!" David wrote on Instagram alongside photos of Nugget. "Everyone meet Nugget the Frenchie!"

'Big Bang Theory' cast bids farewell at finale taping - CNN

The feeling inside the stage where the comedy has made its home on the Warner Bros. Studio lot in Burbank was much like that of the last day of high school. Emotions were flowing as the cast and crew finished making 279 episodes of television together.
It hit some, well, like a big bang.
For the cast who posted about the final taping on Instagram, where the embargoes that prevent reporters in attendance from spilling too many details of the night or anything about the episode's contents do not apply, the mood was clear: this end of an era has hit them all hard.
"Thank you for your words. Thank you for your encouragement. Thank you for tuning in night in and night out," Kunal Nayyar wrote. "Thank you for the stories you shared about how this show made you feel. Thank you too, for the not so nice times. Thank you, for lifting us up when we were down."
Nayyar, Johnny Galecki and Melissa Rauch all celebrated birthdays on the final day of filming.
Galecki and Nayyar share a birthday and Rauch's is in June. She explained on Instagram that hers was celebrated on the final day of filming as they won't be together by the time actual birthday comes around.
Rauch began appearing on the show in the third season. Not long after, she and Mayim Bialik's Amy Farrah Fowler joined the main cast that already included Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco and Simon Helberg, forming an ensemble as strong as they come on television comedies.
"As we get ready to tape our final episode tonight, to walk in and out of this apartment door for the last time, it is hard to find the words to articulate what a profound experience this has been," Parsons wrote on Instagram ahead of the taping. "But the words "love" and "gratitude" come to mind... so love and gratitude to all of you. ALL of you. Thank you."
On Tuesday, the cast filmed the second part of what will be a one-hour farewell episode. It airs May 16.

Game Of Thrones Recap: What Happened To Ghost, Jon's Direwolf? (Season 8, Episode 3) - GameSpot

Game of Thrones Season 8, Episode 3--The Long Night--aired on Sunday, marking the longest-ever episode of the show. It also featured the show's biggest battle. You can check out our Episode 3 review for our impressions as we move on toward the last three episodes of the series. We also have some complaints about who dies in the episode.

We also have new theories and a breakdown of what happened with Jon's dragon, Rhaegal, as well as a collection of Easter eggs and references from Episode 3 that you might not have noticed. It was the show's most-watched episode ever, which makes sense given that it marked the culmination of a storyline established in Game of Thrones' very first scene. But what happened to Ghost? Read on to find out.

Game of Thrones reached a major climax in its final season in The Long Night, the third of the show's final six episodes. With the army of the dead at its gates, the forces of the living, led by Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow, faced a final showdown with the Night King. Along with the forces of the North, the Freefolk, the Unsullied, and the Dothraki, there was Jon Snow's long-missing direwolf, Ghost, joining the fighters for the living--least for a second.

We've been wondering what the deal is with Ghost for quite a while. He last had any real screentime back in Season 6, when Melisandre resurrected Jon from the dead. He basically vanished after that, on account of the effort and cost of animating the direwolves being actually pretty high. But we saw him briefly return in Season 8's second episode, establishing that the pup was hanging around Winterfell with Jon. And finally, we saw him get into the action at the start of the Battle of Winterfell.

Ghost charges into the fight with Daenerys's Dothraki screamers and Jorah Mormont, who lead the battle against the army of the dead. Slowly, however, we realize the Dothraki are completely overmatched, and only a few horses and Jorah Mormont seem to survive the attack. Ghost isn't among the survivors who we see come fleeing back to Winterfell--so what happened to the direwolf?

It seems there's no wight version of Ghost out there in the fields around Winterfell, despite the suggestion that the direwolf might have fallen in battle. Though he never shows up again in Episode 3, HBO gave a super-quick hint that there's more Ghost to come, at least in the next episode of the show.

No Caption Provided

You can very briefly glimpse Ghost with the survivors of the Battle of Winterfell in the teaser for Episode 4, which aired at the end of The Long Night. Look extremely closely on the right side of the frame, behind Daenerys and Samwell Tarly, and you'll catch sight of Ghost hanging out with everybody else just outside the Winterfell gates, as the survivors ostensibly prepare to burn the many, many bodies piled up outside the castle. A flash of white fur and four legs is about all we can spot, though.

Not seeing what Ghost got up to in the Battle of Winterfell was definitely something of a bummer. In the early seasons of the show and in George R. R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" novels on which they're based, the direwolves and their connection to the Stark children always seemed like a very big deal, and a relationship that was leading somewhere. The show has all but written the remaining direwolves out altogether, though. Summer, Bran's wolf, died protecting him at the cave of the Three-Eyed Raven, and Rickon's wolf Shaggy Dog died off-screen before the Battle of the Bastards in Season 6. Ghost pretty much vanished from the show, along with Arya's wolf Nymeria, who showed up briefly in Season 7 to give Arya an emotional moment before disappearing back into the woods. In fact, there were some fan theories that suggested both Ghost and Nymeria would have a part to play in the battle against the Night King and in saving their respective Starks. That the direwolves and their relationships with the Stark family has seemingly amounted to so little is one of the bigger disappointments with the show's adaptation of the novels.

It's not clear what role Ghost might have, if any, going forward. We know Daenerys means to head south to King's Landing with her remaining forces to take the Iron Throne, and one assumes Jon will be in tow to help. So maybe Ghost is heading down to rip out the throats of some Golden Company dudes. Maybe Ghost will take a page from his sister and go be free, now that the threat of the Night King has been eliminated. It would certainly help keep the effects budget down for show's last few episodes.
