Hey ~~Upper East Siders~~ people who live in Queens: Meghan Markle has officially ARRIVED. The Duchess has reportedly flown from England to the United States in otder to support her close friend Serena Williams as she competes in the US Open final.

According to The Times, Meghan's decision to take a quick weekend trip was pretty last minute, and Prince Harry and their son Baby Archie stayed at home in Windsor. Meghan reportedly flew out Friday morning, and is traveling solo—meaning she didn't bring any staff with her (but did bring her security team). “It is a last-minute trip,” a source said. “Excited to support her friend, and then come back.”

The Times reports that Meghan stayed up until 1 AM on Thursday night to watch Serena play in the semi-final, and had been thinking about making the trip to NYC since earlier this week when Serena took home a win at the quarter finals.

Because you know you're wondering, yes, Meghan did fly commercial after the endlessly dramatic saga over her and Prince Harry's recent use of private jets. Unclear exactly when she's heading home (the Times reports end of this weekend), but her first day back at work post-maternity leave is next Thursday, when she'll be launching her capsule collection for Smart Works.

(Newser) – Nicki Minaj stunned fans Thursday by abruptly announcing that she is retiring from the entertainment business to concentrate on starting a family. "I've decided to retire & have my family. Nicki Minaj's retirement announcement not only came out of nowhere, but it absolutely doesn't add up -- as in it doesn't seem real -- based on her recent actions ... so say sources close to her.

TMZ's learned Nicki has been busy in the studio working on new music in recent weeks and on top of that ... we're told she made plans to record with several artists just in the past few days.

Kendall Jenner has met plenty of A-listers, but she lost it when Brad Pitt showed up at Kanye West’s Sunday Service. She skipped out early because she was too nervous to meet her idol.

Brad Pitt threw fans for a loop when photographs emerged of him attending Kanye West‘s Sunday Service on Sept. 1. It turns out he’s been there several times and Kendall Jenner, 23, passed on the chance to meet her movie idol because she was “too nervous.” During a Sept. 5 stop by The Tonight Show, Kendall confessed of Brad, “He was there. I think he’s been a couple times, but that was the first time that I was there when he was there,” the model told host Jimmy Fallon. “And, I literally left early. I like couldn’t even.”

Kendall just saw Brad — still a hunk at age 55 — on the big screen and her crush got the better of her. “I just saw Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and it was so good and he just gets better with age so I was like ‘I gotta go,'” she explained. “Isn’t there a saying ‘don’t ever meet your superheroes?’ I don’t know. I just love him so much I’m going to leave it at that. I get nervous.”

Kendall dressed to impress for her Tonight Show appearance. She wore a long lingerie-style glittering dress with a neon yellow and black leopard print pattern and gold chain straps.. A huge left high thigh slit showed off her long model leg when she got up to show Jimmy a cheer. She wore her long dark hair straight and revealed secrets in a drinking game called “Pour It Out.”

Brad sweetly posed for pics with fans when he attended the Sunday Service with Kanye. His wife, Kim Kardashian was also at the service and shared videos to her social media. The Ad Astra star was seen in photos with Ye smiling and putting his hand on the rapper’s shoulder. Brad wasn’t the only famous face to attend as Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, , Adrienne Bailon, L.A. Reid, and radio personality Big Boy were also on hand.

Kevin Hart crash: 911 audio details scene after car accident that seriously injured star - CBS News

Los Angeles - A 911 call released Wednesday describes the moments after Kevin Hart was seriously injured after his muscle car crashed on a mountainous Southern California roadway. The witness describes a man believed to be Hart and telling a dispatcher that he "looked like he's hurting."

The eyewitness account is part of 911 audio recordings released by the Los Angeles County Fire Department. A California Highway Patrol collision report said Hart was a passenger in a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda that went off Mulholland Highway and rolled down an embankment early Sunday.

Also in the vehicle were Jared Black, who was driving, and his fiancee, Rebecca Broxterman. The report said Black was not under the influence of alcohol.

The witness also described Black as appearing to be seriously hurt. The witness also said the roof of the totaled vehicle was "crushed" with smashed in doors. He said he was at the accident "with another car that pulled over to help" adding "only one car" went off the highway.

The CHP said Hart, 40, and Black, 28, suffered "major back injuries." Hart's wife has said the actor-comedian will be fine. Broxterman, 31, only complained of pain.

The report said Hart had left the scene to his nearby residence to get medical attention. He and Black were ultimately taken to different hospitals.

It remains unclear how the accident will affect Hart, who has emerged from his roots in standup comedy to become one a major Hollywood star. His next major release, "Jumanji: The Next Level," is scheduled for release in December.

The accident, which remains under investigation, occurred on a stretch of road in the hills above the city of Malibu.

Several celebrities have expressed support for Hart on social media.

"Stop messing with my emotions brother," Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson wrote on Instagram on Sunday. "We have a lot more laughing to do together. Love you man. Stay strong." The actor posted a silly photo of the pair riding on camels from what appears to be their upcoming film "Jumanji: The Next Level."

"I've just heard that @kevinhart4real was injured today in a car accident in Los Angeles," wrote Bryan Cranston on Instagram. "Let's all send him positive energy and healing thoughts. He's a good human. Get well soon, brother." Hart and Cranston starred in the drama "The Upside" together.

Actor Terry Crews tweeted "Get well soon, brother" Sunday afternoon.
