Demi Moore: Ashton Kutcher mocked my alcoholism - Fox News

Demi Moore says Ashton Kutcher humiliated her with drunk pics while she battled alcoholism during their decade-long relationship.

The 56-year-old actress, whose mother was also an alcoholic, previously claimed he cheated and begged for threesomes as she continued to churn out shocking revelations in her new book.

Moore writes in her autobiography "Inside Out": "I wanted to be that girl. The girl who could have a glass of wine at dinner, or do a tequila shot at a party. In my mind, Ashton wanted that, too. So I tried to become that: a fun, normal girl."

However, Moore was a recovering alcoholic and said she couldn't stop drinking once she started.

She adds: "When you don't have an off switch, you go until you can't go anymore."

She revealed a terrifying incident when she was drunk in the bath, and reveals: "I started passing out and slipping under the water.

"If other people hadn't have been there I would have drowned," says Moore.

But she told what hurt was that Kutcher had taken a photo of her when she was being sick in the toilet.

DEMI MOORE'S DAUGHTER RUMER RESPONDS TO 'INSIDE OUT' MEMOIR

She writes: "It was confusing. Ashton had encouraged me to go in this direction. When I went too far, though, he let me know how he felt by showing a picture he'd taken of me resting my head on the toilet the night before.

"It seemed like a good-natured joke at the time. But it was really just shaming."

Another time, Kutcher shared a photo of Moore's bum as she leaned over, after the couple had attended the wedding of her ex Bruce Willis to model Emma Heming.

The couple, who also lost a baby when Demi was eight months pregnant, were in their hotel room in the Turks and Caicos Islands and he took the snap before sharing it on Twitter.

He captioned it: "Shhh don't tell wifey."

DEMI MOORE DETAILS 'NIGHTMARE' SPLIT FROM ASHTON KUTCHER

Kutcher was slammed at the time but said in his defense: "Let's back off a notch. It was a bikini, not underwear, so people might have been confused. She was ironing my pants. That sounds weird, but we were on a beach and she was wearing a bikini, ironing my pants!

"I took a picture of her and asked her before I put it out to the world. And then I sent it really quick. It's a good butt — it's a really good butt. And people saw it. You could see that at the beach."

In her book Moore tells readers she was raped when she was 15 and her mom set up the abuse.

As well as treating us to Archie’s first appearance here in Cape Town, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have opened up about parenting at other engagements on the royal tour.

On Tuesday, Meghan and Harry told wellwishers in Cape Town that their baby son has been enjoying his visit to the city.

Meghan “said Archie is the most calm, beautiful, easy baby,” Nazli Edross-Fakier, 61, told CNN, adding that the new mother had told her: “He travels well — he slept most of the time on her chest. And then Daddy said, 'He’s come alive, he’s shouting and screaming and carrying on.'”

Edross-Fakier met the royal couple when they visited her sister Shaamila Samoodien’s home in Cape Town's Bo-Kaap neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon.

During their visit, the family served the royals tea and koeksisters, a popular doughnut-like South African snack, flavored with cinnamon, aniseed and cardamom.

“They were like two normal people that came into our home." said Edross-Fakier. "There was nothing ostentatious or pretentious about them and I think they were just happy to be sitting down, taking a breather from all the people and the cameras.

“It was like having friends over for tea."

Little Archie was the star of the show when the Sussexes met Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu on Wednesday.

The royals were welcomed by Nobel Peace Prize winner Tutu and his daughter, Thandeka Tutu-Gxashe on a visit to their legacy foundation in Cape Town.

Inside, the group sat down around a coffee table laden with an impressive display of snacks.

The group shared a laugh over the number of cameras clamoring to get shots of the young royal. The UK's PA Media news agency reports that Harry said "he is used to it already."

"He's an old soul," Meghan said of four-month-old Archie.

Tutu-Gxashe joked: "You like the ladies," to the baby, adding: "He's going to be a ladies' man."

During the meeting -- which lasted roughly half an hour -- PA Media reports Tutu said he was "thrilled" by the "rare privilege and honor" of meeting the young British royals.

Wednesday's meeting was not the first time Prince Harry has met the 87-year-old retired archbishop.

In 2015, he presented the South African statesman with the Insignia of an Honorary member of the Order of the Companions of Honour on behalf of the Queen, recognizing his services to UK communities and International Peace and Reconciliation.

Tutu, the first black archbishop of Cape Town, received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1984 for his efforts to end apartheid.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Want You to Know 1 Thing About Their Africa Trip - Showbiz Cheat Sheet

It’s been a less than stellar summer for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in terms of public relations. The couple has been garnering bad press no matter what they do, but it hit an all-time high in August when the royal couple took a series of private flights that seemed to directly contradict their stance on environmental protection issues.

Following their historically bad press coverage, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have seemingly refocused their actions and gotten to work on a new mission – their highly-anticipated trip to Africa. Keep reading to learn how this trip could mark the beginning of a fresh start for the royal couple and the strong message they are sending to royal watchers.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry aren’t on vacation

The royal couple have been anticipating their Africa trip for some time. They both have a special connection to the continent, with Prince Harry even claiming that it felt like a “second home” to him. The trip is even more special for them considering it is a family venture – their baby son, Archie Harrison, is joining them on the trip.

Even though Prince Harry and Meghan Markle just landed in Africa on September 23rd, they have already gotten to work, and in doing so, they have managed to send a clear message to all the haters – they are there strictly for work.

According to some royal aides, this message is deliberate, and that Prince Harry and Markle want people to understand that “this is not a holiday.” Sources reveal that while they are in Africa, they want to meet with as many different people as possible and make as much of a difference as they can in the short time that they are there. Their agenda is certainly packed with engagements.

What will Meghan Markle and Prince Harry work on in Africa?

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s day planner is full to the brim of official engagements in Africa – 86 of them, to be precise. The same royal sources who spoke out disproving the notion that the trip is for fun rather than business have said that the couple plans to do some serious work on the ground, mainly at the community level. A few of the engagements that they have on their schedule include a special meeting with Nelson Mandela’s widow, visits to Botswana and Malawi, and many serious lectures planned.

No one is sure to what extent baby Archie will be at any of these events, but it would certainly be good press for the couple – and these days, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle need all the positive publicity that they can get.

Could the public view Meghan Markle and Prince Harry differently after the trip?

Although the Africa trip has been planned for a while, it could fit nicely into a reconstruction of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s public image. Seeing the couple work on the ground with various organizations could be a good way for the public to start to see them in a different light. Plus, if new photos and videos of Archie Harrison are released, it could garner sympathy from royal fans that are hungry to see more of the infant.

It’s hard to predict what lies just around the corner for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, but if luck is on their side, and their trip goes according to plan, the fall of 2019 could hold a completely new beginning for them.

'Jurassic World 3' Bringing Back Laura Dern, Sam Neill, Jeff Goldblum in Key Roles - Collider.com

jurassic-park-laura-dern

Colin Trevorrow has found a way to bring back the original cast of Jurassic Park, as the director announced that Laura Dern, Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum are set to reprise their iconic roles in Jurassic World 3.

Trevorrow revealed the exciting news at a Collider-hosted screening of Jurassic World at the ArcLight Cinemas in Hollywood on Tuesday night. And not only will Dern, Neill and Goldblum all be back, but they’ll all have sizable roles in the sequel. While Goldblum appeared in a small role in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Dern only returned to the franchise for a brief cameo in Jurassic Park III. Dern’s popularity as an actress has soared in the interim, and audiences will surely be tickled by the return of Dr. Ellie Sattler.

Plot details for Jurassic World 3 remain encased in amber, but Trevorrow will direct and co-write the script with Emily Carmichael (Pacific Rim Uprising). When we last left the Jurassic World movies, a dinosaur auction had gone horribly wrong and the dinosaurs kept in the mansion had been unleashed upon the world by a little clone girl who felt a kinship with the animals.

Trevorrow recently released the short film Battle at Big Rock, which picks up one year after Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and shows the dinosaurs living in our world and creating a fight for survival. It remains to be seen whether or not the closing chapter of the Jurassic World trilogy follows suit (presumably it does since what would be the point of releasing the dinosaurs otherwise), but at least we’ll have the original Jurassic trio entering the fray.

Jurassic World 3 opens June 11, 2021.

About Jurassic World:

From Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment, Jurassic World immerses audiences of all ages in a new era of wonder and thrills where dinosaurs and humankind must learn to coexist. Jurassic World is more than a film franchise. At every turn, this film series delivers a larger-than-life destination for exploration, discovery, and epic adventure. Dinosaurs live again and they live in Jurassic World.

'Dancing With the Stars': One Star Goes Home. Here's What They Have to Say About Being Eliminated - Showbiz Cheat Sheet

It’s safe to say that Dancing with the Stars is in full swing. And while that means new couples, complicated routines, and dazzling outfits, it also means that it’s the beginning of eliminations.

Last night, the competition lost its first couple of season 28.

What happened on Monday night?

During last night’s episode, the 12 celebrities showed judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman, and Bruno Tonioli their second dances.

In the end, two couples landed in the bottom of the bunch and were in danger of going home. Mary Wilson of The Supremes and her partner, Brandon Armstrong, were in the bottom two, along with football player Ray Lewis and his partner, Cheryl Burke.

Inaba chose to keep Wilson and Armstrong on the show, while Tonioli chose to save Lewis and Burke. So, it all came down to Goodman’s decision.

“If I’m totally honest, neither of these couples should be in this position,” Goodman said. “However, they are and it’s very difficult because one, I want to judge from my heart; the other, I have to judge with my brain. And my brain says I’ve got to save Ray and Cheryl.”

This decision sent Wilson and Armstrong home.

How does Wilson feel about being sent home?

Going home first on a competition show is never fun, but Wilson has remained in good spirits.

“I’ve had a great time,” the soul legend told Entertainment Tonight. “I was still in the beginning stages, right? Getting used to the stage and all that stuff, but it was fun.”

“[Brandon] taught me a lot of things,” she continued. “I never would have learned the Foxtrot nor the Cha-Cha. So, he’s taught me and I’m very happy to say that he’s an excellent teacher, or coach I should say, not teacher.”

How did Ray Lewis and Cheryl Burke feel about being in the bottom two?

Though they were saved from going home, Lewis and Burke certainly didn’t end the night in a great position.

“I think I peed myself just a little bit,” Burke told the outlet of how nervous she was to be in the bottom two. “I’ve always wanted to see what happens if I did that on the dance floor.”

“You know how it’s never really the bottom two and it’s, like, so wishy washy? Now it is what it is and the judges are gonna choose,” she continued. “Hopefully the audience is either/or. You need to get the audience on your side so you’re not in the bottom two or the judges. And the dancing, the quality’s gotta come up a level.”

Lewis, on the other hand, is staying positive.

“Look, I’m confident in my partner, man!” he said. “It’s how you can get back up, go back in the gym and go back to work.”

New voting rules

In order to save your favorite couple from having a similar fate to Wilson and Armstrong, you’ll need to vote for them on ABC.com. In addition to voting online, you can also text in votes this season.

“Viewers are allowed 10 votes per couple, per voting method,” Erin Andrews announced on the show. “Voting closes right after the final dance of the night.”
